Delivery Charges Policy

ACCOUNT customers with pre-approved 30 day credit terms receive FREE DELIVERY on all orders, 'Big & Bulky' items (such as furniture products) and/or 'Special Order' items excepted.

For NON-ACCOUNT customers a ‘Delivery & Handling Charge’ will be added to your order. The table below indicates the delivery charge based on your location. All charges include GST.

Deliveries are made by courier service to a physical street address, where a signature is required. If a delivery is made to an unattended address, the courier may elect to leave a 'Calling Card' so that you may pickup from a local depot or organise a suitable time for delivery.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes? Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Locked Bags or Parcel Collect locations. You will need to provide a physical street address in your order details.

Metro Deliveries

Metro delivery areas are defined as selected areas of Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane as these are closer to our warehouse facilities and offer faster delivery times.

Please note: Our metro delivery areas are determined by our national courier classifications NOT Australia Post.

Non-Metro Deliveries

Regional and country areas are covered by Non-Metro Deliveries. Because deliveries to these areas have longer distances to travel, they incur different charges and delivery times from Metro Deliveries.

Big & Bulky

All large items such as furniture, cartons, office equipment (i.e. shredders and paper folders) and/or boards (i.e. whiteboards over 1800 mm long and above) are subject to being quoted a Big & Bulky charge, as they are outside our standard delivery criteria. Should you order a product which fits into this category, an eSpecially Office representative will contact you and confirm the additional delivery fee which may be applicable.

Special Order items

Products marked as ‘Special Order’ items may attract an additional delivery charge. Typically these items are not held in stock and are ordered as required and may be delivered direct from the manufacturer. Should you order a product which fits into this category, an eSpecially Office representative will contact you to confirm the delivery lead-time and/or whether an additional delivery charge is payable.
